Design choices in the current release

• Pages, including the inquiry form, work without JavaScript
• A skip link moves keyboard users to the main content
• Primary navigation is available as ordinary links; the mobile menu uses a details element
• Form fields have visible labels. Required fields are marked. If the server finds a problem in the submission, it returns the form with an error summary and a message next to each affected field. Mail and security failures use a separate page with another contact method
• Images include alternative text and captions. Captions state that the images are illustrations, not ETECJK facilities or confirmed inventory
• Text is set for reading at common mobile and desktop widths, including 375px and 390px viewports
• Interactive controls are sized for touch use
• Focus indicators are visible

Known limits

Some images are large. Captions and alt text carry the meaning if an image does not load. Text is charcoal on ivory, with a light outline on the dark footer. If a combination is hard to read, report it.

ETECJK does not claim that every assistive-technology combination has been formally audited. No accessibility consultant badge or conformance level is published here.
