1. Acceptance

By using the website you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.

2. Business identity

ETECJK is presented as an independent wholesale fabric supplier serving clothing brands and apparel manufacturers in the United States. ETECJK purchases fabrics from third-party manufacturers. The website does not claim that ETECJK owns textile factories, mills, dye houses, or a published warehouse network.

3. Website information is general

Category pages, process pages, and educational text describe common commercial fabric types and buying considerations. They are not:

• a catalog of confirmed inventory
• a price list or public offer
• a representation of mill capacity
• a delivery guarantee

Images illustrate fabric types and apparel production. They are not pictures of ETECJK facilities, staff, or reserved goods.

4. Inquiries

Submitting the request form, or sending an equivalent email, is a request that ETECJK review a possible wholesale supply discussion. Required and optional fields are listed on the contact page and in the Privacy Policy.

An inquiry:

• does not create a purchase contract
• does not reserve goods
• does not establish credit
• does not require ETECJK to quote or to accept any quantity

Estimated quantity choices are inquiry categories. They are not a published minimum order quantity and not a promise of acceptance.

5. Quotations

If ETECJK issues a quotation, that document is a proposed set of commercial terms for the stated brief. A quotation may expire, be withdrawn, or be conditioned on confirmation of materials. A quotation is not an accepted order.

6. Accepted orders

A binding supply arrangement exists only when both sides agree in writing to the material, quantity, price, and other commercial terms for that transaction. Until then, no payment obligation is created by this website. The website form does not collect payments.

7. No payment on this site

Do not submit card numbers or other payment instruments through the inquiry form. Any later payment method, if agreed, will be described in written commercial correspondence, not in an automated checkout on these pages.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive content; to probe or overload the form; to inject headers or scripts; or to scrape the site in a way that impairs its operation. Automated submissions that bypass the intended inquiry process are not permitted.

9. Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and original graphics are provided for browsing and for legitimate commercial inquiry. Illustrative images are described in the image note. You may not copy the site as a competing catalog or present those images as pictures of your own facilities or of ETECJK facilities.

10. Disclaimer

The website is provided as a business information and inquiry channel. To the extent allowed by law, ETECJK disclaims implied warranties that the educational descriptions will match any later confirmed goods. Confirmed specifications exist only in written commercial terms for an accepted order.

11. Limitation of website liability

To the extent allowed by law, ETECJK is not liable for losses that arise from reliance on general website text, from a form submission that does not become an order, or from mail-delivery failures on a host that has not been proven to send mail. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing context

The website is published for a United States business audience from an Iowa office address. These terms do not invent a venue clause under an unconfirmed legal entity name. If a supply contract is later signed, that contract may contain its own governing-law terms.

13. Changes

ETECJK may update these terms when the website or the inquiry process changes. The date above will change when the text is revised. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for later visits and inquiries.
